Warranties and Returns

Warranties

Each item we sell is warranted against defects and failure to the extent stated in the item listing. No warranty beyond that stated is included. All warranty claims must involve the return of the defective item for our examination.

Return Policy

1. Used or installed products cannot be returned, except for warranty claims.
2. Returned products must be new.
3. Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking charge and a freight deduction.
4. Custom made / fabricated parts cannot be returned.
5. Altered parts cannot be returned.
6. Items to be returned must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase invoice date.
7. New items returned must be in good salable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse any product for return.

Strutmasters is not responsible for parts installed incorrectly. Installations are limited by the Customer's own mechanical ability and training. If you are unsure about installation, please check with a professional mechanic and/or a repair manual.

We are not responsible for false or incorrect information supplied by a Customer that may result in the incorrect part being sold or purchased. The end Customer is believed to be competent and knowledgeable about their vehicle and it's parts. If you are unsure about information on your particular vehicle, please check with the vehicle's manufacturer.

Vehicles quoted and listed in our Online Catalog are presented to be a U.S. version vehicle. Not a gray market/right hand drive model, or export version.
